In 2011, “N The Zone USA” began as a LIVE streaming weekly sports talk show with founder Arlington Lane. The following year, the show was disbanded and became a sports blog (today’s current website). In 2013, “N The Zone Show” became a podcast hosted by Lane and ran for a few months, entertaining such guests as St. Louis radio personalities Kevin Slaten and Tim McKernan. The podcast returned in 2015 when Lane partnered with former sports journalist Palmer Alexander.

N The Zone USA has been branded into a network (the “N The Zone Network”) adding shows like the “XFL STL Talk Show,” “Pro Football Alliance,” “N The Cards,” “NTZ Pro Wrestling,” “The Cannabis Corner” and “The Price Check.” The Network also added miniseries podcasts like, “Check On Your Strong Friends” and “She Hunt Media.”

After dabbling with various radio outlets in the St. Louis area, The A-Train began what is now “N The Zone USA” back in January 2011. N The Zone USA has been through different forms of media in its 11-year history. NTZ began as an internet TV show, then a blog the following year. In 2013, the “N The Zone” podcast began as a solo effort with The A-Train, who then paired up with co-host Palmer Alexander in 2015 where it has continued since. He's also one-third of the "XFL STL Talk Show," with "Dirty" and Will Freeman, producer of "Pro Football Alliance," and "The Price Check" basketball podcast. He’s also the co-founder of NTZ Pro Wrestling. In addition, he's done play-by-play for professional women's basketball and high school basketball.

The Livn Legend is no stranger to the media with over 20 years of experience in print, television and radio. He’s the founder of the N The Zone Network and co-founded the N The Zone Hip Hop Network with DJ Lucky Tha Don. He was the sports director and host of the “60-Minute Warning” for in 2003. In 2004, co-hosted the local St. Louis shows, “Chalk Talk,” and “Primetime Sports w/ Randy Gardner.” For 15 combined years he covered the NHL, NFL, and was part of the Regional Emmy award-winning “Fan Faceoff Show” in 2015. For the last 17 years, he is a color commentator covering Missouri high school football and basketball with the likes of St. Louis broadcasters, Randy Karraker (of 101 ESPN fame), Chris Kerber (voice of the St. Louis Blues) and Earl Austin, Jr. (color commentator for the St. Louis Billikens).

Ashley Wright

Ashley Wright joined N The Zone Network in May 2017 as a contributor. Since joining NTZ, Ashley graduated from Mizzou with a degree in Sports Journalism, and has gained a variety of experience in social media management and reporting. She most recently served as a color commentator for the St. Louis Surge and a reporter for the XFL through collaborations with NTZ. Ashley also hosts the Sports With Ashley Podcast powered by N The Zone Network.

Byron Newby

Byron Newby is the creator and founder of We’re St Louis!!!, a civic pride organization aimed at restoring civic pride and swagger back to the St Louis sports fans and region through sports, communication, collaboration and positivity. He joined N The Zone Network in Feb 2020. Since joining NTZ, Byron has been active in the growth of NTZ. Byron is a proud STL native currently living in Atlanta and will be part of the NTZ growth and expansion City to City and State to State. We’re St Louis!!! Josh Price

Host of "The Price Check" & NTZ NBA Insider

Josh Price is the host of The Price Check Podcast and N The Zone's NBA insider since 2019. Born and raised in the great city of St. Louis, he has no tolerance for Cardinals, Lakers or Rams slander. And as a true hoops connoisseur and enthusiast, he follows his passion, one basketball take at a time.


Co-Host of "XFL STL Talk Show" & Host of "Pro Football Alliance"

Since 2019, "Dirty" has been the co-host with A-Train on the #1 LIVE XFL show, "XFL STL Talk Show." He also hosts "Pro Football Alliance LIVE" and appears on "NTZ Pro Wrestling." The St. Louis native is a huge football and pro wrestling fan who's got the biggest mouth this side of the Mississippi. He's big on his "Speculations" and claims he's never wrong.


XFL STL Insider & NTZ Pro Wrestling contributor

Will "The XFL STL Insider" Freeman joined "The XFL STL Show" in 2019. He broke down every BattleHawks player from the 2020 roster. He also contributes to "NTZ Pro Wrestling." A graduate of Herculaneum High School in 2006, Will was a three-sport athlete in football, wrestling and track. He went on to Central Methodist University, played football and track and graduated in Spring 2010. The Bloomsdale, Missouri native is a big football fan and pro wrestling fan.

Derek King

NTZ Network contributor & Gateway City Sports co-founder

Derek King joined the Network in 2017 as a writer and contributor. He then got behind the microphone and began hosting "The Derek King Sports Show." He's also the co-founder of Gateway City Sports covering everything St. Louis sports, past and present, and is a hamburger connoisseur.
