PALMER “THE LIVN LEGEND” ALEXANDER
Executive Producer
The Livn Legend is no stranger to the media with over 20 years of experience in print, television and radio. He’s the founder of the N The Zone Network and co-founded the N The Zone Hip Hop Network with DJ Lucky Tha Don. He was the sports director and host of the “60-Minute Warning” for NewBlackCity.com in 2003. In 2004, co-hosted the local St. Louis shows, “Chalk Talk,” and “Primetime Sports w/ Randy Gardner.” For 15 combined years he covered the NHL, NFL, and was part of the Regional Emmy award-winning “Fan Faceoff Show” in 2015. For the last 17 years, he is a color commentator covering Missouri high school football and basketball with the likes of St. Louis broadcasters, Randy Karraker (of 101 ESPN fame), Chris Kerber (voice of the St. Louis Blues) and Earl Austin, Jr. (color commentator for the St. Louis Billikens).
Byron Newby
President - NTZ Atlanta
Byron Newby is the creator and founder of We’re St Louis!!!, a civic pride organization aimed at restoring civic pride and swagger back to the St Louis sports fans and region through sports, communication, collaboration and positivity. He joined N The Zone Network in Feb 2020. Since joining NTZ, Byron has helped to launch N The Zone Atlanta. Byron is a proud STL native currently living in Atlanta. We’re St Louis!!! Josh Price
Executive Producer
Josh Price is the host of The Price Check Podcast, That's Football and N The Zone's NBA insider since 2019. Josh stays busy with Saint Louis University men's basketball and St Louis City SC coverage as well. Born and raised in the great city of St. Louis, he has no tolerance for Cardinals, Lakers or Rams slander. A true hoops connoisseur and enthusiast, he follows his passion, one sports take at a time.
Cedric Rutlin
As a native St Louisan Cedric grew up in a passionate sports filled family and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. That passion is what fuels his drive for managing athletes. Cedric was the captain of his swimming and water polo teams in high school. After a short stint of swimming in college, he realized how he could channel his drive to make a difference in the sports world.
He received an Athlete Management Certificate from Sports Management Worldwide. He received his associate degree in Business Management from Sullivan University in 2013. He gained a lot of knowledge while attending the University and learned a lot about business law and other management directives form internships and school. He also interned with ESPN Radio in Louisville and learned the business of sports talk and communications within the ESPN Company.
His education and experience are key to the success of NTZ Arizona as we grow city to city and state to state.
Anthony Miller
Chief Sports Content Creator
Anthony joined NTZ in 2023 bringing DFW sports news and commentary. He is currently a credentialed reporter covering the XFL’s Arlington Renegades for XFL NewsHub. Also writes for USFL NewsHub covering the Houston Gamblers of the USFL. Born In Pennsylvania, Anthony grew up as a Philadelphia Eagles fan, but after moving to Texas as a teenage started to enjoy all things DFW sports (outside of the Dallas Cowboys though). Anthony has a passion for all sports, but specifically alternative professional football leagues indoor and outdoor.
Ashley Wright
N The Zone Contributor
Ashley Wright joined N The Zone Network in May 2017 as a contributor. Since joining NTZ, Ashley graduated from Mizzou with a degree in Sports Journalism, and has gained a variety of experience in social media management and reporting. She most recently served as a color commentator for the St. Louis Surge and a reporter for the XFL through collaborations with NTZ. Ashley also hosts the Sports With Ashley Podcast powered by N The Zone Network.
Jihad Messiah Yusef
Host of Jihad Live Experience
Jihad Messiah Yusef is the host of the Atlanta-based podcast The Jihad Live Experience. He is a native, STLien, community activist, and father with 15 years of basketball coaching experience. Attended Florissant Valley Community College to focus studies in communications. The mission of The Jihad Live Experience is to encourage self-improvement, constructive thinking, speaking and acting in everyday life for the purpose of producing justice. Inspired by the works of Neely Fuller Jr., and the late Dr. Frances Cress Welsing Mr. Yusef remains centered on a counter racist code in his approach to any and all matters. The Jihad Live Experience streams exclusively on You Tube.
Nick Gilanfar

Nicholas “Nick” Gilanfar, was born in Los Angeles, California in 2002, and quickly relocated to Frisco, Texas in 2003, where he has resided ever since. His passion for sports became evident at a young age, while playing local youth league soccer, basketball and football. As he started to understand the dynamics of the games, Nick became highly interested in professional sports and realized he had the ability to source and retain specific player/team information & stats. Nick prides himself on being a "DFW" sports fanatic, because it has provided him with a purpose, in all aspects of his life. Dirk Nowitzki’s loyalty inspired him to “stay true to the path and great things will come”. Equally inspiring are the Dallas Cowboys “failing to win a Superbowl in 30 years, proving to never give up and prove the critics wrong". Nick played football for 10 consecutive seasons, including 4 years at Hebron High School. He is currently enrolled at Collin College, where he will receive an associate degree in Sports & Recreation Management, to be awarded in December, 2023. Ultimately, Nick aspires to secure a career in Sports. In his spare time, Nick enjoys traveling to sporting events, around the world.
